Introduction
I spearheaded a redesign initiative for Tryano's Product Detail Page (PDP), leveraging data insights provided by the client. Recognizing usability challenges such as navigation difficulties and lack of visual appeal, I prioritized enhancing user experience. The decision to conduct a PLP redesign for Tryano, stemmed from the desire to elevate the online shopping experience for customers and align it with the brand's vision of excellence.
By revamping the PLP, we aimed to enhance user engagement, improve visual appeal, and optimize product discovery. Through careful analysis of user feedback, market trends, and best practices in e-commerce, we identified areas for improvement and implemented a more intuitive and visually captivating design.
The redesigned PLP not only showcases Tryano's diverse range of products in a more organized and accessible manner but also creates a seamless and immersive shopping journey that resonates with the brand's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What we did.
With a strong focus on mobile experience, our objective was to create a visually stunning app-like interface for Tryano's PLP, prioritizing imagery as a key element. Collaborating closely with the photography team, we successfully implemented cleaner and larger product images on the PLP, ensuring users are visually captivated and enticed to proceed with their shopping journey. Additionally, we aimed to enhance the browsing experience by providing users with a streamlined and user-friendly filtering system, enabling easy navigation and search functionality.
In addition, we implemented various enhancements such as refining pagination, optimizing copy and text, restructuring hierarchy, and implementing numerous other improvements. Simultaneously, we updated the Tryano Design system to facilitate a seamless online experience for users and streamline offline processes for the team. These comprehensive updates were aimed at ensuring effortless user navigation and providing a cohesive and efficient design framework that benefits both the online users and the internal team.
This seamless experience was designed for both mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring a consistent and effortless browsing experience across all devices.
We also made changes to the pagination, copy, text, hierarchy and many more. All while updating the Tryano Design system to enable it easier for the user online and for the team offline.
