Introduction
I spearheaded a redesign initiative for Tryano's Product Detail Page (PDP), leveraging data insights provided by the client. Recognizing usability challenges such as navigation difficulties and lack of visual appeal, I prioritized enhancing user experience. Through modernization and strategic design adjustments, including improved information hierarchy and streamlined navigation, I aimed to align the PDP with Tryano's brand identity while ensuring seamless progression through the shopping journey.

Background:
Working with a highly esteemed company like M&S has been a fantastic opportunity, offering tremendous design freedom and an enjoyable experience through engaging ideas and analyzed data.
Challenge:
The challenge involved creating a pop-up for an offers promotion, with the aim of driving users to the "shop offers" page and encouraging them to complete their purchase. The primary focus was to design a visually appealing pop-up that wouldn't be intrusive or bothersome, targeting returning users. Additionally, we made the shopping bag and shop offers more prominent to increase the chances of completing a purchase.
Solution:
Both tests yielded remarkable results, with a 5.6% increase in checkout conversion and an 8.2% increase in users appearing on the shop offers page. The pop-up test was particularly successful, as it grabbed the user's attention effectively. Given its outstanding performance, this strategy was implemented site-wide, targeting 100% of users, as it emerged as a clear winner. This test proved to be a resounding success and continues to be promoted on their site.
